Teachers and Administrations
The grant application and award process includes the following key steps:
1. First, complete and submit the short Pre-Grant Application Questionnaire to the school principal
2. Once your principal has approved the concept via the pre-application, download and complete the full grant application form
3. Submit your completed grant application to your school's principal by the Nov. 15th deadline for signature.
4. Upon initial review, the CEF may follow up with additional questions or request for information

Grants will awarded twice each year. First round applications will be accepted by the CEF up until November 15th for potential award by the end of December. Second round applications will be accepted up until April 29th for potential award in May.
We have dedicated a CEF liaison for each school to answer any questions you may have and shepherd you through the grant application process:
